Team Kanban Practitioner Certification / TKP Certification:  The basics of Kanban to enable a team to get started. Getting the work organized; Improving visibility, communication and collaboration.

TKP Certification starts with Kanban at your team level and evolve from there. It does not matter if you are a high performing Scrum team, or running a project with a waterfall approach. 

Team Kanban helps your team to make its dark matters visible (unhide work) and organise them better. It also relieves team members from the stress and overburdening, so they can get the work done with higher satisfaction and quality.

PREREQUISITES
All experience levels are welcome. No previous Kanban training or experience is required.

In order for us to provide the most experienced instructors and a superior classroom environment, we must ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your registration, please notify us immediately via email at kamal@qualistik.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 15 or more business days prior to class, 100% full refund of tuition except credit and processing fees of $75.
  • 8-15 business days prior to class, no refund, but may reschedule to another class within one year of date of cancelled class.
  • 3-7 business days from the course start date, no refund is allowed but may reschedule to a future date within one year, with a charge of $200 cancellation/move fee. 
  • 2 business days from the start of a class, or if you do not attend the class, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule/credit(future dates). 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY QUALISTIK

  • Qualistik reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are advised to consult a  Qualistik Agent  prior to making any travel arrangements for a training.
  • Qualistik is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.
  • Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant.

All classes are not guaranteed to make. Classes can be canceled due to low enrollment or any unforeseen reason. In the event Qualistik has to cancel a class, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund for their ticket purchase. Qualistik is not responsible for reimbursements of travel expenses. We recommend you contact us for course status before booking any travel accommodations.
