Kanban System Design Certification: The core of Kanban practices to design and evolve a Kanban system. Kanban System Design (KSD) is a two-day class and is designed for anyone wanting to learn the most advanced 21st management method to better manage work at the individual level, team level, and organization level. Whether you are a senior manager or an individual contributor; whether you are a technical person or not; whether you are working in a project-based, product-based or service-based organization or a combination of all above; You will still get valuable, practical, actionable, evidence-based management guidance to better manage your work and improve the whole system (team, or organization).

Kanban System Design (KSD) class proceeds Kanban Management Professional (KMP) class which is a two-day class designed to address organization-wide services, scaling issues, and advanced evolutionary change management.

You will need to complete both KSD and KMP class to gain Kanban Management Professional Credential.

In order for us to provide the most experienced instructors and a superior classroom environment, we must ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule your registration, please notify us immediately via email at kamal@qualistik.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 15 or more business days prior to class, 100% full refund of tuition except credit and processing fees of $75.
  • 8-15 business days prior to class, no refund, but may reschedule to another class within one year of date of cancelled class.
  • 3-7 business days from the course start date, no refund is allowed but may reschedule to a future date within one year, with a charge of $200 cancellation/move fee. 
  • 2 business days from the start of a class, or if you do not attend the class, you will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule/credit(future dates). 

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY QUALISTIK

  • Qualistik reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class at any time, including but not limited to, insufficient registrations, classroom or trainer unavailability, or if the trainer could not attend due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • You are advised to consult a  Qualistik Agent  prior to making any travel arrangements for a training.
  • Qualistik is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or special damages that may be incurred due to a cancellation of a scheduled class, including, but not limited to cancellation penalties owing to transportation or accommodation arrangements.
  • Registrants would not be charged for the training and would be offered full credit to a future workshop or full refund as per the wish of the registrant.

All classes are not guaranteed to make. Classes can be canceled due to low enrollment or any unforeseen reason. In the event Qualistik has to cancel a class, all ticket holders are entitled to a full refund for their ticket purchase. Qualistik is not responsible for reimbursements of travel expenses. We recommend you contact us for course status before booking any travel accommodations.
